MINDFULNESS

Madeleine is a trained Mindfulness facilitator and practitioner herself. We have a library of guided meditations available for you to access on the website. There are also a number of shorter meditations available on our Instagram page. We encourage anyone to access these resources and refer clients to this library of meditations to use as part of their daily practice and overall treatment plan.

THE BENEFITS

Mindful meditation has been the focus of numerous research studies over the past decade. Mindfulness meditation has been found to foster overall well-being, calmness, clarity and concentration. Studies have found mindfulness to be a key skill in reducing rumination, stress and anxiety. It has also been found to increase positive affect and support individuals to respond to stressful or challenging situations more adaptively.

MINDFULNESS IN BUSINESS

Mindful meditation creates an opportunity for connection, relaxation and self care. Research has demonstrated that the introduction of regular workplace mindfulness leads to improved productivity, reduced sick leave and for staff reduced stress, reduced ruminative thinking, increased empathy and self-compassion. TMP facilitates in person and online Mindfulness workshops and groups for organisations. With organisations having many staff working from home we know that individuals are reporting an increased sense of isolation, disconnection and burnout.

MINDFULNESS GROUPS

TMP is looking into establishing a regular in person mindfulness group. This group would run on a regular basis and would attract a small fee. If you are interested in this service please contact us for more information.
