TMP was created as a safe, supportive and compassionate space for people to access Clinical Psychology in a comfortably created environment. Our aim is to support people to create a meaningful and fulfilling life through evidence based practice and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. At the Mindful Psychologist, we use evidence based Clinical Psychology treatment to provide safe, holistic and client-centred therapy. Our therapists are highly skilled and trained in the most up to date therapeutic modalities and interventions.

Join us in our mindfully curated office located in Paddington, Sydney. These sessions are designed to support you in exploring your story and achieving a better understanding of yourself, your behaviour and your relationships.

We provide therapy online so you can seek support from the convenience and safety of your own home. Evidence has demonstrated that Telehealth sessions are equally as effective and equivalent to face to face therapy.
